Earthwork and Local Infrastructures works for the mixed development at Spk Cahaya At Lot Pt 543 (Lot 8111), Bukit Cahaya, Seksyen U9, Shah Alam, Selangor Darul Ehsan.

A 500-acre "Tropical Green" resort township development by SPK Homes, which is located at Shah Alam, Seksyen U9, known as Cahaya SPK.

Nagano had been given the mandates as the earthwork contractor since Phase 1 Earthwork in 2006 till now.

In addition to earthwork, Nagano has also been awarded the main infrastructures package.
