Central Spine Road or Kuala Krai—Kuala Pilah Highway is a new highway under construction in the center of Peninsula Malaysia. It is a toll-free highway. The 325km highway replaces the former two-lane Federal Route 8 Gua Musang Highway and Federal Route 9 Karak—Tampin highway.

Nagano was appointed by Pesona Metro Sdn Bhd. as the sub-contractor to undertake the Earthwork at a sub-contract sum of approximately RM 33 Million.

The scopes of work inclusive of site clearance, removal of unsuitable materials, roadway cut and fill, sand fill & rock excavation.
