The Government of Malaysia intends to upgrade the existing logging road and to construct a new road as the access road from Bintulu-Bakun Road to the proposed Murum Dam Site in Kapit Division, Sarawak.The implementation is subdivided into various sections and packages.

Nagano was appointed by IJM Construction Sdn. Bhd. as the sub-contractor to undertake the Earthwork (Package A1 & A2 and Package B2) of the Main Roadworks at a total sub-contract sum of approximately RM 57 Million.

The scopes of work include site clearance, removal of unsuitable materials, roadway cut and fill, rock fill, spreading, leveling and compaction of fill, and preparation of sub-grade.
