Serene Heights is a 448 acre township developed by UEM Sunrise Bhd, one of Malaysia's leading property developers. The Project site is located in Bangi, 38krn to the south of Kuala Lumpur and in between Kajang and Putrajaya.

Nagano was appointed by UEM Sunrise Bhd in 2013 as the main contractor for earthwork to undertake the major earthwork of 2 million cubic meter earth at a contract sum of approximately RM 23 Million.

The scopes of work inclusive of site clearance, removal of unsuitable materials, cut and fill, drainage and turfing works.
